Mistfall Hunter Material Prices

A hundred and five materials, with what the market pays and what a vendor pays side by side. The source wiki gives each one its own page, so this is the first place the two figures can be compared across all of them at once.

Second-hand figures, extracted from mistfallhunter.wiki on 2 August 2026. Bellring Games has published no material prices, so nothing here can be checked against a first-party source.

Game version Launch window (game released 29 July 2026) · captured 2026-08-02 · mostly from competitor wiki. Second-hand from mistfallhunter.wiki, which carries no licence statement and lists no source of its own. Bellring Games has published none of these figures, so nothing here can be checked against a first-party statement.

What the two price columns are

Every material in the game can be sold. The description on each one says so in the same words — can be sold to merchants or used for camp construction — and the source wiki records two separate figures for that transaction.

Vendor value is what a merchant pays. It is recorded for all 105.

Market price is the average the source records for player-to-player sales. It is recorded for 103. Two materials — the Faded Divine Tree Heart and the Herb Bundle — have a dash where the number should be.

Those two are blank in the table rather than zero. A material with no recorded price is not a material worth nothing, and a zero would sort to the bottom of the price column looking exactly like data. The Faded Divine Tree Heart makes the point on its own: no market price, and a vendor value of 4,837.

The markup column is the ratio between them, computed per row from the two columns beside it. Sort by it and the table groups itself.

What this table is for

The question a material actually raises is whether it earns its bag slot on the way out of a raid. That is a comparison, and until now it was not one you could make: the source wiki gives every material its own page, so comparing two of them meant opening two tabs and doing the arithmetic by hand.

Everything here is one sort away instead. Filter to the rarity you are looking at, sort by market price, and the order is the answer.

What the table does not hold is recipes. It cannot tell you that a camp upgrade is about to want eleven Copper Ingots — camp upgrades covers what each tier asks for, and the used for column here tells you which side of that decision a given material falls on.

Nor does it answer where a material is obtained — that is a separate question from what it costs. For a construction material whose route matters, such as where Blood Moss is found or where Celestigold is mined, the location is covered on its own page rather than buried in a price column — just as what a Soul Jar is for gets its own page instead of a throwaway row.

Rarity runs in the usual order for this game

Common, Excellent, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Holy — with Excellent below Rare, which is the reverse of most games and the same ladder the weapon table uses. All six appear among the materials, and roughly evenly: between 14 and 19 materials at each step.

Where these numbers come from, and how far to trust them

They are second-hand, from mistfallhunter.wiki. That wiki carries figures a player cannot see in-game — an average vendor price is not printed on any screen — which is the same reason we read its weapon and armour tables as coming out of the game files rather than off a spreadsheet someone kept.

Bellring Games has published no material prices, so there is no first-party source to check any of this against. That is why every row is tagged second-hand rather than verified.

One thing does raise confidence, and it is worth stating because it is the only check available: the two price columns are not independent of each other. Their ratio is not scattered — it clusters, and it clusters by rarity rather than by what the material is used for. Data typed in by hand does not usually land that way. That is an observation about the numbers, not a rule the developers have stated, so it is left in the table for you to sort rather than written up here as a mechanic.

The corrections made to the source while building every table on this site are listed on data sources and corrections.

Frequently asked questions

What is the most valuable material in Mistfall Hunter?

By market price, the Gem of the Gods at 60,000 — a Holy construction material, and it leads by an order of magnitude. The next two, the Abyssal Dragon Egg at 6,717 and the Retribution Spearhead at 6,180, are nowhere near it. Sort the market price column to see the rest in order. Four materials — the Faded Divine Tree Heart, the Herb Bundle, the Netherglow Jar and the Stardust Bloom — have no recorded market price at all, so they sit blank rather than at zero; the Faded Divine Tree Heart still carries a vendor value of 4,837, which puts it near the top of the table on that measure alone.

What are materials used for in Mistfall Hunter?

Three things, and the table's first column says which. Sixty-nine are construction materials, spent on camp upgrades. Thirty-two are forging materials, spent on gear. Four are general materials. Every material description also notes that it can be sold to a merchant instead, which is what the vendor value column records.

Why do market price and vendor value differ?

They are two different buyers. Vendor value is what a merchant pays; market price is the average the source wiki records for player-to-player sales. The market figure is higher for every material where both are recorded. The markup column shows the ratio per row, so sorting by it groups the materials that carry the largest spread — what drives that spread is not something the developers have described.

Should I sell materials or keep them for camp upgrades?

The table cannot decide that for you, because it holds prices and not recipes. What it does tell you is which materials are expensive enough to be worth the bag slot on the way out, and the "used for" column tells you which ones a camp upgrade will ask for later. Construction materials are the ones spent on camp; see camp upgrades for what each tier needs.

Where do these material prices come from?

A third-party wiki, mistfallhunter.wiki, which appears to have taken them from the game files — it carries internal figures such as average vendor price that a player cannot read off any in-game screen. Bellring Games has published no material prices at all. Every row is therefore marked second-hand, and two rows where the source wrote a dash instead of a number are left blank rather than filled with a zero.
