Guides

  1. ClassesEvery Mistfall Hunter class, the weapon stances each one fights with, all their build paths side by side, and exactly what the 30 July balance patch changed.
  2. Tier ListA Mistfall Hunter tier list built from what Bellring Games actually nerfed and buffed in the launch-window patch, not from vibes. Updated for 30 July 2026.
  3. Best ClassWhich Mistfall Hunter class to pick first, based on the learning curves and weaknesses the developers named themselves. Four picks for four kinds of player.
  4. ExtractionHow the Mistfall Hunter extraction loop works: summoning a point at a Soul Tree, what a Soul of Return does, what dying costs, and why extraction rate matters.
  5. EnemiesEvery Mistfall Hunter enemy anyone has actually named, split by whether it came from Bellring Games, the game's own quest text, or a 44-entry extracted list.
  6. GearHow Mistfall Hunter equipment works: where top-tier gear actually drops, what Holy weapons are, how gem sockets replaced affixes, and how forging works.
  7. QuestsAll 128 Mistfall Hunter quests by quest line, with what each one asks for, who gives it and what must be done first — including 28 no other quest list shows.
  8. UpdatesEvery official Mistfall Hunter update in order, from Developer Update #6 to the 30 July launch patch: what changed, which classes it hit, and source links.
  9. BrandrgardeBoth full-resolution halves of the Brandrgarde raid map, the 13 places named inside it, and every one of the eight quests whose objectives send you there.
  10. HallowgroveThe Hallowgrove raid map in English — 20 place names drawn over the Chinese labels the game prints, six left untranslated, and all ten quests set there.
  11. Mistfall Hunter Accessory StatsAttack, health and damage bonuses for all 43 Mistfall Hunter rings, necklaces and earrings — the one equipment slot where rarity alone does not decide it.
  12. Mistfall Hunter Armour StatsDefence, health, attack and resistance for all 135 Mistfall Hunter armour pieces across the five slots, plus the fixed grid that every single number follows.
  13. Mistfall Hunter Material PricesMarket price and vendor value for all 105 Mistfall Hunter materials, filterable by rarity and use — so you can tell what is worth the bag slot on the way out.
  14. Mistfall Hunter Weapon StatsAttack, damage bonus and sell value for all 45 Mistfall Hunter weapons, sorted and filterable — plus the pattern behind the numbers and where they came from.

If you are new, read how extraction works first — it is the rule everything else hangs off. If you already know the loop and want to rank, Path of Glory lists all seven tiers and the one action that costs you points. If you are chasing loot, gear covers where top-tier equipment actually drops and why gems replaced random affixes.

Picking a class is on the classes page, which now compares all six side by side. Anything that sounds like a made-up word is in the glossary, and every claim on this site traces back to something in the update history.

What Mistfall Hunter actually is

The gods have fallen and the Gyldenmist is consuming the world. You are revived by a girl named Dew and sent out to harvest Gyldenblood and mend the Web of Fate. In practice that means a loop: drop into the mist, fight corroded creatures and rival Gyldhunters, grab what you can, and get out. The mending is tracked season by season on the Fate Chart — what it is, the Echo of Fate it pays out and what it gates are all part of Season 1.

The extraction part is what separates it from a normal ARPG. Loot is not yours until you carry it to a Returner Woodling and leave. Die on the way and it is gone. Every decision about whether to push for one more chest is a bet against that.

Combat is third-person with a free-aim system built around hitting weak points rather than tab-targeting. The developers describe the classes as deliberately loose — you build toward assault, mobility, crowd control or defence rather than being locked into a role by your class pick.

Where the information here comes from

Game facts on this wiki come from the official Steam store listing and from Bellring Games’ own patch notes and developer updates, which are the most reliable public record of what the game contains and what changed.

This matters more than usual for a game this new. Mistfall Hunter launched on 29 July 2026 and had already received balance changes within days, so anything written about class strength has a short shelf life. Pages here note which patch they reflect.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the official Mistfall Hunter wiki?

No. This is an independent fan-made reference. It is not affiliated with Bellring Games or Skystone Games. Facts here are drawn from the official Steam store page and the developers' own patch notes.

What happens when you die in Mistfall Hunter?

Death strips you of everything you were carrying. To keep what you looted you have to reach a Returner Woodling and extract successfully, which is the central risk of every run.

How many classes does Mistfall Hunter have?

Six. Each class has two distinct weapon stances that you can swap between mid-battle, so the six classes cover twelve different fighting styles.

Can you play Mistfall Hunter solo?

Yes. You can go in alone or group into a three-player squad. The developers have said Duo matchmaking will not be added in the short term because it would split the matchmaking pool.

Is Mistfall Hunter free to play?

No. It is a paid game at $24.99 USD on Steam, and the store listing also declares in-app purchases.
